Friday October 1, 2004 I didn't feel well, but thought that I had just come down with a case of the flu, I called in from work (gotta love vacation time) and I ran up to the drug store. Before getting some meds I decided why not just take a HPT (home pregnancy test) especially since we were trying for the baby. I got home, and took the test. I looked at it and said "A watched pot never boils." and walked away.. I NEVER say that to myself or anyone.. LOL Well after I got Bryce some lunch I came back and looked at it.. OMG There were TWO lines~ I started shaking, I couldn't beleive it.. I called Tony on the cell and started crying... Asked him to come home, but of course being in the military he couldn't.. And I couldn't keep this secret. So I snapped a picture of the + Pregnancy test ... and sent it to him on our Cingular Camera Phones, It said "Congrats Daddy, we did it" (below is the picture I sent him)

October 3, 2004~We went to a pumpkin patch today and picked out some pumpkins!! It was alot of fun! We decided to tell our family in a creative way.

October 4th, 2004~ Well I went and got a Blood test taken at our hospital, They gave me a Quantitive Beta, which will give me a number .. It was 346.5 @ 17 DPO (days post ovulation) It's a VERY strong number. And a little on the high side..The advice nurse "said" they would be giving me an ultrasound at my first appoinment... so we'll see.. October 14, 2004~We went into the docs today B/c I was having some pains in my left side *where my overies are* So I was worried it maybe a  Ectopic Pregnancy I got a blood draw for another Beta today and the results were 14,171 @ 27 DPO. So that was an extreamly good sign. At 2 pm I went in for an ultrasound and All we saw was the Gestational Sac, Which that could be okay b/c the timing could be off.. I actually could be only 5 weeks 3 days where we wouldn't see a Yolk Sac, or the Fetus growing. So We will go back for another ultrasound thursday 10/21/04. The doctor mentioned that it might also possibly be anembryonic pregnancy. I really am praying it's not. But We'll See what's going on in the next weeks to come. I have found alot of good information about Blighted Ovums In the past couple days. There are some great sites. Here are a Few.. OMG yippeee it's going up!!! This is a VERY Good Sign, That and My morning sickness is comming and going!! Of course some days are better than others!! We'll see what's going on in me on Thursday!!!
